That’s Another Story Told invites authors to share short stories that are unpublished with professional audiobook narrators who record them.
The idea is simple. As an audiobook narrator I want to connect with as many authors as possible. Most authors now understand the importance of getting their books out in audio, but for a variety of reasons, they may have concerns about jumping into the world of audiobooks. This podcast allows them to dip their toes in the water.
How does it work?
As a narrator get in touch with authors you are working with or would like to work with and ask if they have a story they would like to share on the podcast. You record it. We upload the episode including promotional information about the author and the narrator.
Authors if you want a story included but don’t have a narrator, we can introduce to a few voices.
The only rule is that we reserve the right to not include stories that have content that could cause significant offense.
Simple
No money exchanges hands. This is purely a co-promotional activity with the aim of getting more authors and narrators connected to wider audiences.
